A quality field guide, driver and safari cook will make for a wonderful time in the bush, while a mediocre staff can put your life in danger!
We have invested heavily in ensuring that all our staff is qualified and highly experienced individuals, many with additional special interest knowledge on specific subjects and regions.
This on-the-ground knowledge and experience has enabled our Ground Support Professionals to build strong relationships with various lodges, other ground operators, as well as tourist agencies internationally. Before joining Campofrio Safaris, they have worked and traveled with many different safari companies, gradually rising through the ranks to become the experts that they are today.
Guides And Vehicles: On Your Safari
The safari Driver/Guide is a critical element to a great safari experience.
A good driver/guide will make this happen. All effort is put in order to get the best driver/guide available for your safari.
All our guides have basic defensive driving skills, good knowledge on flora and fauna and
have over 10 years experience in guiding.
Vehicles used are generally minivan 4 x 4 and 4 x 4 land rovers or land cruisers with a pop-up roof that allows a good visibility for game viewing. We offer you the vehicle of your choice and at the end of every safari we have a 15 – 30 minutes meeting to get a feedback from you on the service provided.
